Which materials do you offer?

Our range includes 10k and 14k gold, silver, natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and moissanite.

What repair services are available?

Ask about resizing, prongs, replacement stones, polishing, refinishing and restoration.

How long does a repair take?

Standard repairs usually need 3–7 business days. Complex work can take longer; the team will confirm timing.

Is financing available?

Credit and no-credit options are offered. Contact the showroom for current providers, eligibility and terms.

Can I return my purchase?

Eligible purchases have a 30-day return window. Custom, engraved and special-order exclusions apply.

Does jewellery include a warranty?

Gold and diamond jewellery carries a lifetime warranty. Ask about coverage and optional accidental-damage plans.
